Smart meter for medium gas pressure

Three years on since I first saw mention of suppliers not connecting gas to their smart meters and they are still at it. EDF say it is not possible, but when I was with Scottish/British Gas they were able to do it. The government want people on smart meters so why are they not telling suppliers to get this sorted.

Yes it is perfectly possible to fit a smart meter to a MP supply. The medium to low pressure regulator is already in place on the inlet to your existing meter. All they are changing is the meter. What they do need is an Engineer who is familiar with MP/LP domestic regulators and that may be the sticking point.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
