EON statements no longer showing Gas

I don’t know if anyone can help. I can’t get through to EON and getting no replies to messages to them.
I switched to a one year fixed rate few weeks ago when Martin mentioned it.

Told my husband all about it and logged into the account. We noticed the latest statement shows electric only. Looking at previous statements it only shows both last September.
Is that correct? We had a smart meter put in last year and the readings show up on there

just looking for some adviseE.ON will be desparately busy for the next few days with people contacting them about the new April tariffs.If you've had no gas bill for six months, another week won't make any difference.Take some meter readings yourself - photograph the displays if you can - and then call them mext week once the rush has subsided.N. Contact them by social media maybe if you cannot get a response on the normal chat/call through website?0

More than likely the DCC is not sending your gas meter readings to eon. Manually submit a meter reading asap to ensure you are billed correctly1

Take photos send to e.on next and all social media that might be over kill but I'm doing it because they can't be trusted they took double the amount 2 years ago, I was on quarterly bill payment now they changed it with out letting me know to monthly so they can increase they're cash flow and now they are stopping us from getting metre readings 😒0

I take weekly gas readings so I suggest you send them readings by either logging onto your account, by social media or by phoning them and giving them the readings. If they have not billed you for gas for months then it is likely that you might have biuilt up a credit on your monthly DD.Someone please tell me what money is0

Thanks you for advise. Ive had no response from messages on social media and I have taken photos of the actual meters and the smart meter to show the displays. Although, as the website for EON Nest is down, I did see yesterday there was no options for me to enter a gas reading. I'll try contacting them next week. Thanks for all your help, much appreciated x0

My Eon energy statements also stopped showing gas last December. What I noticed was that my smart meter readings for gas were being recorded against my old (disconnected) non-smart gas meter and my new smart gas meter was showing no readings.I had to supply a manual reading for them to bill me correctly.0
