Van stolen. Insured through dial direct. Policy with Markerstudy. Cant get through to anyone

Has anyone got experience of markerstudy?
Van was stolen, insured through dial direct who apparently are just the intermediary and the insurance is actually with markerstudy. I checked the policy documents and markerstudy are mentioned twice in a 48 page document.
Anyway, have sent off everything they asked for, can’t get through on the phone to find out what’s going on and have read some really bad reviews.

How long would it usually be before a company gets in touch after a theft? It’s been three weeks and it’s been notified as a total loss to dial direct.

My theft claim has been ongoing since November last year.
What have you provided Markerstudy with so far? I didn't hear anything until Markerstudy had spoken with the Police. After a few months they allocated my claim to the validation team and provided a direct dial so I didn't have to suffer 2 hour queues when calling.0 -
