Before contacting Bulb, my energy supplier, I added the future % increase to my last year's Gas and Electricity consumption - my calculation and Bulbs were miles apart.

During the call, the Bulb representative used my years of consumption against the energy advised consumption based on the size of my property.

The outcome was the new calculation was lower than mine. Plus, I'm on a waiting list for a new smart meter display as the current ones are not updating software.
