Currently have 30k in Vanguard s&s LS80 fund I plan on keeping for at least 10 years.
Currently in a position to add about 3k a year to it.
At what point do you 'diversify'
Do i keep adding or look elsewhere. Any benefits to either?
Thanks.

Do you wish to get exposure to sectors that are not covered by LS80?

You don’t need to diversify LS80, it is diversified, with a UK bias.1

Little need until your portfolio reaches 6 figures. As your concentration risk is minimal.0

At what point do you 'diversify'You are already diversifying with that fund. That is the whole point of a multi-asset fund.

My S&S ISA currently contains 3 multi asset funds. When it gets to 6 figures my plan is to also add a global smaller companies fund. It doesn’t need to have 3 multi asset funds but I’m happy with the route I’ve chosen.
If you do decide to add additional funds to your portfolio bear in mind why you’re doing it. If you add another multi asset fund you’re not really diversifying, as the funds will invest very similarly.0
