    CEL do it themselves.

But if it's the Defence you are submitting, your priority is to email it as an attachment to the CCBC. They will send a copy to CEL, but of late, we are recommending that Defences are sent by the Defendant to the Claimant (normally their solicitors, but not here) as the CCBC have been making an occasional gash of things.  So email to CEL.
CEL emails previously used by posters include

    office@ce-service.co.uk
    Legal3@ce-service.co.uk
    dataprotectionofficer@ce-service.co.uk

I guess the 'legal' one would be the most appropriate, but I'd send it to all three - let them sort it out!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hello all. Today I have received a 'Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track'.
I assume this just needs completing..
Anything I should be aware of or cautious of?

Continue to follow that checklist and guidance you were reading when you filed your Defence.
That guidance explains exactly what you need to be aware of.

    Section D1 is unclear.
Do I consider the claim suitable for determination without a hearing
    Yes or No?
    What should I put here?

    Correct.

The rest of the questions are exactly as per the tuition in the NEWBIES thread section in post #2 in red capitals: 'KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.
