New Laptop Advice Needed

Hello,
Someone in the family has asked for recommendations for a new laptop.
The requirements are -
  • Lightweight and Thin (Like I used to be)
  • 15 inch Touch Screen
  • Microsoft Office
  • Windows 11
  • Good battery life
  • Web Cam
  • Non detachable keyboard
They also need to be able to transfer everything from their existing laptop (HP Windows 10) to the new one.
Budget under £1000
Any suggestions please.
