British Gas "HomeEnergy Exclusive Sep 2023" tariff

I agreed to migrate to the British Gas "HomeEnergy Exclusive Sep 2023" tariff on 2021-09-13 & BG confirmed by letter. Today I find they've unilaterally terminated this tariff (not just my contract, the tariff no longer exists) & bounced me onto their standard variable rate. They also failed to give me any notice let alone 30 days. Can anyone confirm whether this contravenes the "OFGEM Gas Supply Standard Licence Conditions".

    What makes you think the tariff doesn't exist? I've checked and it's definitely listed in the legacy tariffs section of their website.
    I think you're going to have to brave the Russian roulette that is BG Customer Services ...
