ebay item return warning for sellers

just a warning if you are a seller on ebay and a customer opens a return and you agree to the return if you use ebays own ROYAL MAIL label you have no claim what so ever if the item is lost or damaged by the royal mail , none what so ever via ebay or direct with the royal mail , just been through a weeks process for a damaged returned item from ebay customer . so always use your own labels for return . eg email them a return hermes label . or get there paypal email for there account and send them the funds to buy there own label hope this helps
