  • My last on the 23rd Feb says 39940kwh gas and 6977kwh electric usage in the last 12 months. 
    In case you don't realise, both of those figures are pretty high. The size of your home and how many live in it will be factors but my guess would be there is scope to reduce this if you choose to.

    We don’t live in big house. Normal 3 bed 1930’s house. Husband works from home and daughter always has the heating on! I will be having words!

    In your position I'd be having strong words! Explain that a "normal" 3-bed semi with three fit and healthy people living there should be using (and paying) less than half as much as you're using (and paying).
