So do you dial into a number?
  • Ive just been on the hirepoint website and in the FAQ it states to select "work from home" in the location field.... but the only options in UK are Crewe, Manchester and London!
  • Paulk....

My partner is looking at applying for a job with teletech.

How flexible is it, do you have set holidays etc

    Thanks in advance
  • I started logging on with them to have a look and didnt complete the bits and bobs and can you believe they rang at 5.30pm on xmas eve telling me I had 24 hours to finish my application....not that it mattered as I already had a new job but it made me chuckle the timings etc...

Yes, you dial into a number while training for conferencing but on shift the system "calls" you to lock you into the system
Doesn't matter where you live, you can still do the job as it's done online.
You accrue holiday time and can book time off once training is completed but you have to give enough notice and have to realise that you may not be the only person booking that time off.
Flexibility is not great as you are on set hours but you can "bid" for shifts now and then but mostly you are on your set hours and fixed days during the week. Your rota is set for a reason.
