All the info is in the thread that you don't seem to want to read through lol If you don't like reading info from a screen then Teletech@home is not the job for you ;)
Basically it's nearly the same as any call center but you get to work from home and can therefor wear what you like and have your own workspace.
    Fortnightly paid.
They pay your tax and NI, you are employed via Teletech.
As long as your IP does not change during shift (most do not but I think people on Orange have had issue) then you will be fine. Most ISPs do not change your IP unless your reboot your modem or router.
Business insurance is mentioned but not enforced, I do not have it.
No medical but there is a CRB check
Solicitor is there to countersign documents as it's a distance based enrollment and the solicitor is there to say that you are the person on the paperwork being sent to teletech and that you are eligible to work in the UK.
Please read through the other thread though as there is a lot of extra info in it and it will actually help you prepare for some of what you may face if you do decide to apply.

It's hourly rate but once you are through training you may find that a request goes out for shift bids as Sky has already asked Teletech to cover more hours for them. If this does happen then you can quite easily increase the hours you work and there is often extra hours going during the week.
I do basic hours (20 hpw) and I clear about £100 after tax etc but then I also work a full time job too so I'm taxed on 2 incomes.
  • Is it a self employed job ?
