Transferring money to Atom account

Good afternoon,
I have opened a new account with Atom today with the aim of putting in £15,000. I made an initial transfer from my Co-Op account of £50 and this showed on my Atom app immediately. Following this, I made a payment to the same account of £14,950. The money hasn't appeared in my Atom account, and the transaction shows as complete in my co-op account. Is this to be expected? I can't quite understand why one payment went through quickly and the other hasn't. When making the payment I selected existing recipient and triple checked all the details.

Your bank has blocked the payment for fraud protection reasons. Happens all the time, with all banks, on larger amounts. You need to either wait until they contact you, or you can contact them to get the payment released.

It takes some time, with smaller amounts there are very basic checks. Wait approx two to three hours and then call your sending bank.0
