Credit score websites - Reports are all different and don't match

Hi, I am currently with Credit Karma with a score of 534 (due to a debt relief order that ended September 2021) but have noticed that the same information such as bank accounts, a new credit card that I took out on 1st March with Aqua and 2 bank accounts have not been added to other sites such as Experian and ClearScore so I have had to amend addresses and add accounts manually. All 3 sites have a different scoring criteria which is confusing. I have also contacted TransUnion to remove a credit card which was for £2500 which is still showing that its active but this should've been written off as it was included in my DRO (and a major factor in my low credit score showing I've utilised 73% of credit) This is not mentioned all in other reports. What can I do to make sure all the correct information is on all 3 main websites?

Different lenders reports to different CRAs, so it's usual for them to differ. You just need to check that what appears on each is correct.
Ignore all the scores as none of them are a useful guide to your credit worthiness and have no bearing on how lenders view you.2 -
Thanks. All the information they do have is correct, however, I'm more concerned with information not being on another websites report, such as my new Aqua Card. Surely that should come up?0
