Voice command on Sky remote

I recently cancelled the SKY subscription for HD channels and I now noticed that the voice command for changing channels is inconsistent. For example, when I say FILM 4, it defaults to FILM 4 HD, also MORE 4 it gives me the HD channel and tells me that I do not subscribe to the service. However, it seems to work fine for other channels. Is there an explanation for this and is there anything I can do to resolve the issue.
