£15k I have been quoted for a fully installed PW2 and 4kw of solar. Already have an EV, so I could make alot of sense, was quite surprised by how much solar prices have fallen and quality /efficiency of product increased  In less than a decade, its the total opposite with battery storage so undecided about the PW2, its alot of money for the amount of storage and products useful life, trying to workout the payback is not easy, but if I get it done with the solar will be exempt from Vat.
If I was where you are now, with a Tesla EV, but no battery or solar I'd start by moving to the 'Intelligent Octopus' tariff, and then make up your mind about the solar and battery options.
You may find the Powerwall is on about 6-7 months lead time anyway, and other battery options are not a lot easier to get as everyone is still impacted by supply and shipping constraints.

I think the Tesla Powerwall is overpriced and inflexible. People report having too little control over when it charges and discharges. The one bonus is the effective 'net metering' of the Octopus Tesla tariff but I think it's too big a price to pay. The Givenergy batteries are much better value, if you can get hold of one.

But, yes, switch to Octopus Go, Go Faster or Intelligent ASAP. You've unfortunately just missed the price increase but it's still better than the standard variable rate.

If you have the roof space going for a 6kw solar system without a WP would be more cost effective at offsetting the car usage.
