General_query said:And finally after looking this up, it's NOT residential parking
"Residential parking schemes are permit schemes run by local councils. They allow authorised drivers to park vehicles in streets, which may be marked by parking bays or signs, frequently attached to standalone posts or lampposts. Only residents are allowed a permit which they will have to pay for".0 -
I really don’t think this is worth the stress. At all. Ring them up and explain the situation and let them advise you of what each category means and use the one that best fits your situation. I’d not worry about going too low I doubt it will add much cost on. I’d rather say it was street parked than give them a wiggle out of the policy should I need to claim and they decide it was classified as street parking and I’d not declared that.0
