Energy Supplier wrong charges -

Options
My energy supplier has been charging me wrongly on my gas metric meter since 14th Jan 2020.
I have been in contact with them since 12th Dec 2021, but only registered  compliant this Feb 2022.
They have been charging me for an Imperial meter at the imperial rate of 2.83p to convert it over to metric.      So gas Bill's are extortionately high because of this.

I have even emailed the chief executive but it seems to be passed on to someone else and they do not understand what I am telling.

On my calculations the energy company owe over £2800.00.    Can anyone advise me where to go from here?    Can I take them to court ?  If so what is the process for court proceedings?
Any help or advise would be much appreciated

    Welcome to the forum.
Send a photo of the meter showing the meter number and follow their stated Complaints Procedure.  Ask for a deadlock letter.  Go to the Ombudsman upon receipt, or after eight weeks if they don't send one.
