Money transfers are subject to a fee but are eligible for 0% when on a promo.
Have a look around for one you may be eligible for.1 -
Bearing in mind what born_again has said, if I am unsuccessful with FOS, I will free up some cash and pay the debt off. Thanks all for your advice and suggestions0

Use an intermediate card that allows cash transfers even if not interest free as you cam use NatWest to pay that.1

You could also ask a trusted friend or relative to send you the amount required from *their* credit card to you via PayPal Friends & Family, use that payment from them, withdraw it to your bank account and then pay off your cashplus card that way, and balance transfer from your NatWest card to their credit card to cover the payment they sent you via PayPal.
Paying off someone else's credit card via BT is usually no problem, as long as it's a major credit card.
I do hope you don't owe cashplus much, they don't look like a nice outfit to be indebted to at all.1 -
