I've had the little buggers since last October I sprayed my whole house at xmas with this stuff from screwfix but they have started to come back again. Any ideas how to completely get rid of them they are creeping me out 😞

Get a recommended local independent pest controller in.

When you sprayed, you probably had eggs or pupae that survived. Thorough vacuuming helps, especially around skirting boards and in crevices. You might need to spray regularly to interrupt the life-cycle. They are only beetles for a relatively short time and it is the larval stage that eats all sorts of things, including dead skin cells and fur.

Probable need to do a double spray 2 weeks apart1

You can get products that are meant especially for carpet beetles. Rentokil do one for about a fiver - may be cheaper from somewhere like amazon or eBay.
As Ka7e says, you may need to apply more than once and also vacuum after each application.
Some more natural ways to get rid of them, not sure if they will work but the info is here -
