atm dispute(airdrie savings bank)

can anyone help? 7 weeks ago i used the atm machine to lift £250 and it only gave me £210.i went into bank and filled out a dispute form which they sent to securicor who deal with the machine.i waited 5 and a half weeks for them to tell me that the claim had been declined.the bank then asked for the roll from the machine and 2 weeks later it was declined again.what can i do next.did i mention i have a witness.please help.

i tried taking money out of a atm yesterday, it didn't give me the funds but acknoweleged it on my account. I contacted my bank straight away who keep stringing me along. Saying they are dealing with a problem they have had. Then saying money will be in within the hour, then by midnight. still nothing.Is there anyting i can do?0
