Insurance cover for (not against) debt enforcement?

I am about to pursue a personal injury claim that I am very likely to win.  But my solicitor has advised that if the individual refuses to pay I will have to follow the enforcement route to get the compensation I am owed and this could become increasingly costly the more resistance I face from the debtor.  Does anyone provide an insurance (or a one upfront fee) policy that could protect me from spiraling debt enforcement costs should the situation arise where I have to instruct debt enforcement providers to chase the debt?

Thank you.

Never heard of it. How would an insurer assess the risk?

Never heard of it either but in principle assessment would be similar to other debtor insurance... the OP hasn't given details on who they are claiming against nor if the entity has any insurance inforce to cover it. Clearly with no history with them, potentially a private individual etc then costs would be high if anyone was willing to take on the risk.
