card machine companies not giving important information

i Signed up with Takepayments for a card reader for my new business. i never received a copy of my contract and i called them today to cancel as i thought i was almost up on my contract. i dont use the card reader anymore and closed the account that the money was going in to. there was more being taken out by Takepayments than what i was earning.
they now say i did not give 60 days notice- that i was not informed about- before my contract date is up. Therefore i am tied in to the contract for another year and still have to pay all the fees. is this correct as i was not given this information or a copy of my contract

If you have not asked for any "additional services", it appears that you can give 90 days notice at any time, so long as the 90 days does not expire within 12 months of the commencement date (clause 2.2). On a quick look, I can see nothing that deems the commencement date to restart once the first year is up, but I suggest you study it carefully.
