How to remove this blind?

I need to take down the blinds as mechanism got stuck and I have no access to fix it once the blinds are up.
I have no clue how to take it down though. All videos on the Internet suggest it should be inserted into brackets but this one is different.
I thought I need an Allen key but it doesn't seem to be working.

Not sure, but I think the front panel has to come out somehow. It can be even velcro. Or some sort of clips.

What happens when you release the lever and turn it 90 degrees?

The lever I've circled (sorta!) in blue

Take the front trim panel off and move the levers as circled in blue0

It took me a little while to get around to it and unfortunately the levers don't move at all in any direction. I tried every single one. I can't work out this mechanism at all.
Any other ideas? I can't find any details to the guy who installed them so it is not like I can call and ask him.0 -
Could I suggest lots more photos, then.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

IIRC the blind in our kitchen has a similar look to it, and those levers were very hard to move. Does a bit of brute force make a difference?

Can you stick a large flat bladed screwdriver into the space circled in blue and lever the clip away, lifting the end slightly if necessary?

The levels will move, but they ‘lock’ in to position and can be very stiff. They’ll swing forward and left.0
