Preparing Court Bundle

Hi, hopefully anyone can help please. I am going to have court hearing next month so now I am preparing the court bundle. I've searched on Google for the sample but still couldn't get the answer for few things.

1. Should I separate the bundle for Witness Statement, Exhibits, and Claim Form?

2. Is it ok to submit more than 1 bundle?

3. I understand that witness statement should be printed one sided, but my Exhibits is more than 100 pages, is it ok if I print them double sided?

I'd be really grateful if anybody can answer my questions above. Thank you.

I think it is usual for the bundle to be sectionalised with the Claim form in section 1, Witness statments and Exhibts in later sections.

There is usually just one bundle with everything in it.

Are you sure you need all 100 pages of the Exhibit? You might lose the case just because the judge can't be bothered to read 99 pages of guff to get to your point.

You might find something useful on the Redwood Legal channel on Youtube, and may want to pay to get some better answers than I have given you.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Thank you for your reply. Think I'll submit 3 separate bundles, otherwise they are too thick and it's hard to ring binding them.

The exhibit itself is only 26, but they are a lot because most of them are photos and messages evidence (SMS & WhatsApp). The font on sms & whatsapp generator are kind of big so there are so many pages only for those two exhibits. And I don't know how to edit them to make it smaller :(

I will check out the Redwood Youtube channel. Thanks for the help!

Are you the Defendant or Claimant?

Either way, there's a good example of how a bundle should be constructed in a thread started by @jrhys in the Parking board. (Click on the name and find Discussions they have started - it's in one of those).
