Changing prepayment company
Options
Hello
I have an electric prepayment meter with Eon. I recently topped it up a few hundred pounds on your advice in order to temporarily avoid the new rates on 1st April. Disappointingly it appears Eon have changed their stance and will not honour the old rate come 1st April. Can I change to a company that will keep the old rates if topping up before 1st April or is it too late? I believe it takes at least 2 weeks to change companies?

It appears this is inaccurate as most suppliers are now not accepting to keep the pre April rates
