Eon Next SVT or change?

Options
The SVT I've been offered from Eon Next when my fix runs out next month is:
Unit rate: 27.91p
Standing charge: 50.05p

Not sure if this is around the average price I should be expecting with the price rises.

Are there slightly cheaper providers and can I simply swap to their SVT?

That is the capped rate for North Scotland. Pretty much every other supplier will have the same SVT in your region.
If you were already with Octopus you might've qualified for their deal that's £50 below the cap, but they're not letting people switch onto that deal.
Utility Warehouse will give you slightly cheaper energy if you move your phone line, mobile and broadband to them as well, but you might end up paying more overall.
    N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. Ripple Kirk Hill member.
    2.72kWp PV facing SSW installed Jan 2012. 11 x 247w panels, 3.6kw inverter. 34 MWh generated, long-term average 2.6 Os.
Not exactly back from my break, but dipping in and out of the forum.
