Possible Creeping Freehold

Hi all,
We’re about to buy our house on Thursday but have just noticed that the cellar may be a creeping freehold underneath our front door step. I’m not even sure if it is going beyond the boundary but if it is, it’s literally a few inches if at all. It’s difficult to tell from the 3D virtual layout but it looks like it protrudes very slightly beneath the pavement. I’ve emailed our solicitor this evening for advice. The surveyor did not mention anything either.

Is this something to be of concern?
TIA

I can't comment on whether its a concern, but only to say I found the 3d tour of the place I bought wasn't really accurate when it comes to measurements so while it looks like it extends further than front door, its possible it doesn't.

I'd suspect the 3d virtual layout is innacurate.

It wouldn’t be unusual for part of the caller to protrude past the front wall to create a coal hole for coal to be delivered into but it would be very unusual for the entire cellar to project. From a structural perspective there would need to be a huge beam supporting the front wall of the house. This is highly unlikely. I would suggest that either the two sets of data points are not correctly aligned, or you are seeing a section through the coal hole.4
