At 14:28 on a Friday dropped off a small parcel at a small local post office, inside a newsagents
Posted first class
Delivered next day (Saturday) afternoon at around 13:00
Don't think I can ask for better service than that

Hi, it really is good to see some praise on here. Especially for RM. I have to say that I've been finding their service really good of late. No complaints from me, either!
I also think it's good when people find time to do a praise message because (and I know I'm guilty of this) it just seems easier to vent and forget when companies do things well. . . .

Ordered an item from a retailer in Devon at 3pm.
Received it at 11 am next day although I lived near John O Groats1
