Shawbrook Bank ignoring my messages

I've got an account with Shawbrook Bank but not used it much and I recently opened a 120 day notice account with them.
I sent them a secure message asking them to transfer a lump of cash from the easy access to the 120 day account but heard nothing
I sent them another request but heard nothing and still nothing happened.
I've now sent a complaint message and am waiting to hear
Are Shawbrook Bank known for not responding to messages? Maybe they've all got Covid?

Without putting any timing in your post it's difficult to judge how long they're taking to respond so can't tell whether it's unusual or not.
Are you talking hours, days or weeks?

Three days between messages from me that get no response

Could you not make the transfer yourself?1

I'm not familiar with Shawbrook but I wouldn't expect a bank to move money on instruction by secure message. Is that the way they work?Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

I'd say that you would need to withdraw the funds to your nominated bank account then transfer them back to your 120 day account.2

Similar problem. Trying to do an internal ISA transfer. Messaged them 8 days ago (and 5 days, and 3 days) - no response. Dreadful customer service.

In the end I did hear back from them with an apology that they've been busy. Sadly, I just put a significant amount in their 120 day account about two days before Chase brought out their 1.5% easy access so I'll now have to wait until July to get at my money to transfer it to Chase!0
