Camden VRM Penalty charge
Hi, my daughter has received a charge certificate in the post yesterday dated 18/03/22 from 7/10/21 for £195 for not paying a Penalty Charge Notice.
That's because she hasn't received one.
She has looked on the website at the images and she has drove into a street that has restrictions for cars between 3 and 4pm.She was driving in unfamiliar territory and didn't even realise. The time also says 15.52.
Had she received the fine she would have paid it straight away.
Should she just pay the £195 or is there a way to get the fine back to half?
