Tescos Credit Card - one time password

Tescos have introduced additional security checks for on-line purchases.  Along with other providers this is of course a good thing.  However, my OH who is an additional card holder on the Tescos account has attempted on at least three occasions to buy something on-line.  Each time she nominates her phone number to receive the SMS with the one time password, nothing comes through.  She has also tried nominating my number, same result, nothing comes through by way of an SMS.

The Tescos help line assured me everything was in place and looked fine.

I just wondered if anyone else out there with this credit card is having this problem?

Any thoughts or suggestions gratefully received.

Do they come through on your number if you make the same purchase on the main card?

I have a Tesco card - but haven't used it for online activity yet - have only bought petrol with it...  but all my other cards various forms of security and OTP's are all working across all cards...

I have not tried an on-line purchase yet, I'll post when I know if it works or not.  I have other cards and they seem to work OK.
