Childs Ride on Bike no charging, company not answering calls or emails

Hello,
I bought an electric ride on bike for my child for christmas (2021) from outdoortoys.co.uk, now three months later the bike will no charge at all. I have checked all the cabling and plug and everything seems fine.
I am constantly ringing the customer number, which just states you are caller 8 (or whatever) then after an about an hour cuts you off. I have emailed multiple times, which has been ignored and im a little unsure of the next step.
If they are not answering calls nor emails, how do I resolve the issue. I paid on credit card, can I request a charge back at this point, just to try and get their attention. Or do I need to do something else before this.
Any help would be very much appreciated as I am a little lost with a very disappointed child.

I'd call your credit card company for advice and to see how they might intervene.0
