I'm afraid that you are tied by the terms of the contract that you have agreed to. There are no legal protections for B2B transactions as there are for retail customers. You may be able to negotiate with the other party, especially if they think that you might default on payments or even go bankrupt. But ultimately they can attempt to enforce the contract through the courts. It may help if you could give some more details of what the contract covers. Obviously don't put details that could identify you on a public forum.0

Every contract must have some end event, whether completion of an event, or after providing the service for a duration of time, or whatever. What are the end events for this contract?
Who advised you on the contract when you signed it?0
