Talk Talk ‘Mother Of All Shows’ on Heart Network, March 2022 – Specific Rules

1.    The TalkTalk ‘Mother Of All Shows’ promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run on Friday 25th March 2022 on Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is TalkTalk. The Prize Provider is NDL.
2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:

3.    To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at www.heart.co.uk, register your details and submit an answer to the multiple choice question provided. 
4.    Online entry will open at 06:30 on Friday 25th March 2022 and close at 09:00 on Friday 25th March 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5.     Within 15 minutes of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random to receive the main prize as outlined in Rule 10.  That winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the telephone number on which they entered. If after three attempts, the winner drawn does not respond to our telephone call, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. Three runners up will then also be selected at random from all entrants to receive the prize as outlined in Rule 11 and those winning entrants will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. 
6.    We, the prize provider and the Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.
7.    In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. 12.    Specific prize conditions for the Ultimate Mother’s Day Package
12.1 Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
12.2 12-month Bloom & Wild subscription consists of one flower delivery per month to one chosen address for 12 months. Subject to availability at time of booking.
12.3 The trip to Rome includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges but doesn’t include any checked in luggage. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Rome. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.
12.4 Return transfers from the airport to the hotel in Rome will be private and not shared with other passengers.
12.5 In Rome you will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing two double rooms with en-suite bathroom on a room only basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. This prize stay also includes funds to pay tourism tax that is payable locally to the hotel when you check-out.
12.6 The fast Track: Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum Tour is based on 4 people and includes fast track entrance to the colosseum, entrance into Palatine Hill and Roman Forum with professional expert guide as well as audio equipment to hear the guide clearly. Subject to availability at time of booking.
12.7 Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the UK and Rome.
12.8 Due to the current ongoing situation with travel advice in relation to Covid-19, we would advise that you look at all the information available with regards to quarantine, vaccination, and testing requirements of the destination you are travelling to. To understand the risks in a country, including the latest COVID restrictions (including for entry), follow FCDO Travel Advice. You can find information online at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. It is your responsibility to comply with any Covid-19 checks for entering Italy and upon returning to the UK. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation, test results, vaccine status or following any COVID-19 regulations.
12.9 Travel insurance for the trip to Rome is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.The Four Super Blast driving experience at your choice of location is based on 2 people. Experience will be provided in the form of a Virgin experience voucher which is valid from 12-months of the date of issue. Experience is valid for weekdays only and includes 12-miles driving distance and a choice of 22 quality venues across the UK. Minimum age to take part is: 17 (under 18s need parental/guardian consent) Guidelines are that you should be between 5ft and 6ft 4in with a maximum weight of 18 stone to be safe and comfortable to drive. These may vary by venue, so please check at the time of booking. All participants must hold a full UK driving licence and present the original on the day of the experience. International licences will be accepted. Subject to availability at time of booking.
12.10 The trip includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 300 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.
12.11 You will be staying at a 4-star Q Hotel accommodation, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed, dinner and breakfast basis.
12.12 Your 50-minute Tailored Spa Treatment per person is a choice of either a facial or massage and includes full access of the spa facilities for 2 hours before or after your treatment. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
12.13 All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
12.14 The Four Super Blast driving experience at your choice of location is based on 2 people. Experience will be provided in the form of a Virgin experience voucher which is valid from 12-months of the date of issue. Experience is valid for weekdays only and includes 12-miles driving distance and a choice of 22 quality venues across the UK. 13.6 All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the ongoing uncertainty with World events, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries.
14. You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests. 
15. You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance. 
16. You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).  
If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.  In accordance with Clause 18 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
17.     Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.

By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy. 23. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or our Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotion Partner will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's  Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing. 
24. We, our Promotion Partner and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we and the Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place. 
25. We will hold your personal data for a period of up to 3 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
26. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
