    By the way, I am the registered keeper, not the owner the DVLA owns the car,  and being you are a lawyer why don't do something about it and stop these charlatans from doing this it is daylight robbery!  and I will see them in court.

    Crikey!! We don't see that many cars here that are owned by the DVLA.
