So I came on here to look for a bit of advice and it’s made me so paranoid!
We are four weeks in post offer on the house we are buying, and five weeks in to an offer on ours.
We don’t have a mortgage offer yet because we need a professional consultants certificate so won’t let without it (hoping to get it tomorrow) but apparently all the other checks are ok.
And we have got a survey on our house on Monday (they waited until after their mortgage offer). It’s only six years old so can’t imagine anything will show up.
Is it normal to be totally paranoid after reading all the issues on this site? Please share your success stories where things just went well!

After my buyers valuation I was walking around my house noticing cracks and panicking etc.
Turns out it was all fine. Your house is very new so I can imagine there will be many issues with it.0
