IVA yearly review
Options
Question in regards to my yearly review -
July will be my 2nd annual review for my IVA.
I returned to work in Nov as part time rather than full time but forgot to inform the IVA company of this, so continued to pay £267 like I was full time. I have been earning over the 10% threshold of overtime whilst doing part time though which would continue to make my full time wage.

If I stop doing over the 10% now will they know ive earnt over that 10% previously even though it wont be on the 3 pay slips they see?

Others might be able to give a better answer but mine is - if they've asked to see 3 pay slips, send them 3 pay slips. You've only got a problem if they want to increase the payment significantly and if that happens, post again.1

They will see your income has been higher by the year to date income figures on your payslip.0
