Hi guys
This might seem a silly question but i just need a little clarification
I am in the process of evicting a tenant who is way behind with rent payments. I have issued a S8 and now followed that up with an application to court and have a hearing date in the near future.
My question is, I can see the application online with a hearing date and all our evidence and there is no defence from the tenant. Do i need to contact the tenant with regards to anything apart from the regular rent statements? I cant see any paperwork i need to issue once the court hearing is applied for so i presume the courts will contact the tenant with the relevant paperwork, etc.
Thanks for any replies
