Anyone got their Final Bill from Bristol Energy yet?
Struggling with British Gas not yet allowing me E7 (night rate) electric. I have storage heaters that have not been working since 7th Feb and have little joy when trying to contact BG. I was hoping when my final bill comes in from Bristol Energy, BG will finally sort out my account, but as yet, not received. I was wondering if others are having the same problems?

Do you have a smart meter?BG have a problem supporting E7 on smart meters so that may be the root cause...1

It'll be a long wait, just go straight for a complaint as this is a known issue.Have a search on here as well, this has come up a number of times with those moved following a supplier failure.1
