Trying to arrange car breakdown cover from the end of this month
I would prefer Green Flag – but their options do not appear to be suitable
A single car with myself and my wife covered
Personal cover – covers one driver in any vehicle
Multicar – covers any vehicle again
Family cover – is overkill – covers 3 family members in any car
Recovery Plus – does that cover ANY driver ?– it doesn’t say......

Not sure what your question is - are you looking for recommendations for an alternative company?Autoaid is very popular on this forum. Not as cheap as it once once, but still pretty competitive if you want cover for yourself and and spouse. But if Green Flag is not suitable for your needs, there are dozens of alternatives out there.0

Breakdown cover covers the vehicle so covers anybody who is driving. So will cover you and your wife in your car.
The other options are added on to the basic cover , if you want to add them.1 -
Auto aid, covers you and wife for £60 I think.
Well respected company on here.

You should be happy after receiving good service not after paying less. This is why reviews needbe used with care. People pay less and leave good reviews.
I left the RAC after many years because every year I needed to haggle the price down and one year they would not
reduce it. So left and went with GreenFlag myself. Never had to call them out though so fingers crossed on their service.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

We used them last year - flat battery - they came out and started the car and advised a replacement battery which we did
