Warm homes discount and shared boiler

I live in an assisted living flat and have a shared boiler with the other tenants for which I pay separately from my Electricity and Gas bills , I pay weekly for heating my flat and for heating and electricity for the communal areas directly to the council, am I entitled to the warm home discount?

If you have an account directly with a participating energy supplier in your own name, then as long as you meet the other criteria for the Core or Wider group, you should be able to get the discount.
