I have removed the reference "f you need any more data from me to confirm my identity please let me know as soon as possible". I will be sending via email and snail mail as I have sent numerous mails previously to BWL Legal and they have not referenced anything I have sent. Worried that they will say they haven't received it. So email and snail mail covers both. ;-)

Okay....have found in the comments the email you refer to BUT this is to the email going to the solicitor and not directly to BW. Do I send this to BW? thanks0

BW Legal are the solicitors being used by the PPC.

I don't understand why you think. BW Legal are not the solicitors and why you asked them for a SAR.
They are not the holders of your data. Their client is (which parking firm?).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
