British Gas warm Home Discount

I'm still waiting on this year's British Gas warm home discount. Usually get it earlier than this.
I have contacted them and was informed it was sent 16th February, never received it which i told them, they weren't interested just kept telling me to wait, got till end of march.
Whoever you get through to on the phone or online chat aren't any help at all.
Who else is still waiting for the warm home discount.

British Gas has stated (as have most of the other providers) that the WHD will be applied to customers accounts before the end of March, some will have already received it, others (perhaps the majority) will not have and it will be processed on or before 31/03. 

Calling them, emailing them or web chats are not going to change anything, so the best option is to do as advised and wait.
