Awful HP customer support

I bought several HP desktops in the past, reliability has not been a strong point, my last HP (fifth) never worked properly, still under warranty taken by HP for repairs 3 times, first time no repair (same) second time returned with a note saying they could not replicate fault so AGAIN NO REPAIR, NOT ONLY THAT the dvd drvie cover panel was missing, HP must be the only company that returns an  item taken for repair in WORSE condition they when they took it, third time returned with dvd drive cover missing and the side of the desktop actually coming out, cowboys would have been emberrassed but it seems not HP,  so even though it is under warranty I have thanks to HP a £600 piece of junk, NO ONE TO talk to in UK, incredibly NOT EVEN any email support, NO ONE CARES NO ONE DOES ANYTHING, I posted my problem on HP forum, one agent promised help within 48 hours, never happened, another thought the best thing was to BAN ME from their forum, a customer expecting a decent working computer still under warranty? He wasn't having any of that so banned me from posting the problem I am having, never encoutered sych disgusting treatment and service before, truly amazing, WILL NEVER EVER TOUCH ANOTHER HP PRODUCT

Is there a question? If this post is an example of how you're communicating with them it might be a good idea to see if you can get someone to help you draft a letter outlining the issues and the resolution you would like in a clear manner.
