TSOhost - Warning

Just a quick warning on TSOhost when making new purchases.
Purchased a new domain name tonight for a project we've been working on since last week, and on going to pay their website has not asked for card details and simply processed using the details on file.
A sub-£10 debt effectively from me to a company I own isn't a massive issue in the grand scheme of things, however especially for professional developers could cause more grief in getting paid by clients.
They want it settled by bank transfer 'as the invoice is already paid', which is going to cause more hassle to sort refunds.

It rang a bell with me and a bit of digging shows they consumed "5quidhosting" which I used way back when 5 quid was worth something more than a day's gas. When these companies get taken over it rarely ends well - this lots have ended up in Godaddy's grasp, and nildram ended up as talktalk.1
