Parcel Compare - How to contact them

I want to 'contact Parcel Compare regarding a package collected today by UPS.  I have searched their site with no success; I just keep going in circles.  Googling 'how to contact them' puts me back to the same never ending circle.  The Facebook and gmail symbols at the side of their screen show that they are not in operation when selected.  Presumably it is Parcel Compare that I need to talk to regarding this collection as I paid them rather than UPS directly.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Click on any of the categories, underneath the questions listed is "Query not listed?  Tell us your query"
Click on "Tell us your query" then choose the 'needing help with an order' option.

The parcel label you printedout should have the UPS tracking number on it.  You could use this on the UPS site to see what is happening to your parcel.  That could be more detailed than what shows via parcelcompare's site.
What is the problem - lack of tracking or something else?

I am trying to contact them about an overpayment on my card. I have completed their form - naturally no phone number hugely annoying!!! - when I try to send the message after completing all the  "not being a robot thing" and the "send message box" all I get is a box appearing on my screen saying "confirm your request" Apart from an x in the top right corner this is an empty box and clicking on  it does absolutely nothing. I really need to contact  them, they have overcharged my card  - any ideas  where to go from here anyone please? Thank you

I'm having the same issue, blank box so message won't go, I have had an extra payment but don't know what for, didn't know they store your card details either

The second page of their quote process has:

I agree to ParcelCompare’s terms & conditions. I understand if the weight or dimensions provided are inaccurate, ParcelCompare reserves the right to automatically take payment for the additional charges from my selected payment method

They dont necessarily store the card details themselves, some payment processors do that instead and give the merchant a key to use to apply additional charges to that same payment method. You have to click the "I Agree" checkbox to be able to go onto the next page.

Undoubtedly the extra charge is because the courier has reported the parcel as over weight or size.

Their webform works fine on my laptop so suggest trying a different browser
