Sorry but what, why on earth would you have your dog in the garden while a tradesperson is doing his job, surely you have failed in your duty of care to your dog, we had slabs concreted down for a shed, the dog stayed indoors and they face gave him a good stroke at the end.

We then built a shed, the dog stayed indoors. It’s simply disrespectful to your dog and the tradesperson to have your dog out there while he’s working, you keep saying “he should be more careful” no he should be as careful as he is every day of his life, it’s not his fault you stupidly let your dog put his foot under a falling slab or whatever it was.
