Daily Charge rate on Electricity Bill
I was under the impression that the daily charge part of my energy bill was for infrastructure , administartion and transmission costs. How come it is increasing by the the same percentage as the energy power usage? It should not be affected by higher oil and gas prices.

I think you could make a case for all the firms going bust last year being a sign of the energy system having problems, but not particularly paying for the subsequent SOLR process specifically.daveL said:thanks i was sure it must have been asked. however it doesn't mean the reply from ofgen is very satisfactory. it seems further proof that our energy system is dysfunctional rather like my aging body!!!0
