Green Network Energy / EDF bill advice
Hi everyone
I was a customer of Green Network energy when they went into administration and were taken over by EDF. In July last year I left EDF and signed up with a new supplier. EDF sent me a final bill in August 2021 with a £70 refund - I assumed that this settled the account. Today (23/3/22) I have received another bill from EDF for £450 which is apparently outstanding from Green network energy! Are they allowed to bill me again after they sent me my final bill in August last year? Any advice please?
